You will be asked to undress down to your comfort level while I leave the room. This means to remove the clothing that you choose, ranging from none to all clothing.
You will be covered by a sheet and a blanket at all times of the massage, except for whatever area I’m working on. Your back will be exposed while the sheet covers your hips and legs. When it’s time to work on the hips and legs, I will undrape one side at a time, tucking the sheet so that it doesn’t move.
When you are face up, the sheet will cover your chest, body, and legs. One leg at a time will be undraped, the sheet being tucked so that it does not move.
Genitals, chest, and buttocks will never be exposed during massage. Any attempt by the client to move the sheet to expose these areas will result in the session being terminated.
Some clients prefer to not talk during the massage, others prefer to chit chat, and some like a combination of the two. This is totally up to you and what you need to relax that day. I always advise to stay away from stressful topics, to allow your body a chance to really relax.
I usually stick with music that is softer, meditative, and relaxing. If the music is distracting to you and preventing you from properly relaxing, feel free to let me know. We can always switch it up.

Please drink a lot of water for the rest of the day post-treatment. Your muscles do get dehydrated through the process of massage, and it’s important to replenish those fluids. It is also important to flush out metabolic waste released from the muscles during massage.
Soreness can happen after massage. Proper hydration will help prevent this. If you’re feeling sore, icing for 10-15 mins can help.
